Before Nicole and I transitioned out of our role at The District in June 2022, I had served the church as a vocational pastor for almost 15 years. I was afraid to step away from vocational ministry at first because I felt like I was betraying God’s calling on our family. Don’t make the mistake of thinking ministry is just for the pastors.  We’re ALL called to do ministry wherever we are; whatever we do!
